This is a 20 minute yoga flow sequence to get your body moving. For those of us who are very busy and only have a small window for practice time this is perfect for you. I cue to two yoga blocks for this practice. If you don’t have blocks at home, stacking books, text books, cookbooks, etc. will also work! The intention for this practice is to be gentler with ourselves, quiet the inner critic and invite more self love into your practice and into your life. Enjoy!
